We are seeking a hands-on Temporary Tax Staff associate to support our client during a short-term vacancy. This consultant will manage monthly and quarterly premium tax filings, including GL data extraction, reconciliation, and form submissions. The ideal candidate has premium tax experience, though strong accounting professionals will also be considered.

• Manage monthly and quarterly premium tax filings, including GL data extraction, reconciliation, and form submissions.
• Collaborate with the team;
  Lindsay will provide first-pass review, with leadership providing final review.
• On-site role with standard hours; 40 hours per week (typical schedule 7:30 AM to 5:00/6:00 PM).
• Report directly to the hiring leader; interview one-on-one via Teams; a provided computer will be supplied for the assignment.
• Weekly check-ins to review progress and address any issues.

• Experience with premium tax is preferred; strong accounting professionals will also be considered.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud, Excel, Smart View, and various form and payment systems.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

This is a 100% on-site role with standard hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00/6:00 PM, 40 hours per week. The consultant will report directly to the hiring leader, interview one-on-one via Teams, and receive a provided computer for the assignment. Weekly check-ins will be held to review progress and address any issues.

• The compensation for this role (and others) is determined by factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, office location, and other business needs. Salary range is disclosed where required by local law.
