Hiring for an in-person role in San Antonio, Texas only, with potential for hybrid schedule after 90 days.

• Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls to customers to establish payment arrangements on past due credit card and installment loans.
• Document all collection activities in a concise and accurate manner utilizing available systems and tools.
• Work to reduce delinquency past due loans.
• Perform skip-tracing activities.
• Identify and report collection related issues to supervisor.
• Prepare supporting documents required on legal and repossessed accounts.
• Work to recover charged-off loans.
• Maintains working relationships with the customer, to resolve specific cardholder issues.
• Reviews reason for delinquency and proposes payment program to assist member.

• High school diploma or GED required with some college credit preferred.
• One plus (1+) years experience in a credit card and/or consumer loan collection environment.
• Two years experience in an office environment, preferably in a financial institution.
