Kforce has a client that is searching for talented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialists to add to their growing, award-winning team in one of San Antonio, TX's finest companies. These interviews will take place as soon as possible with immediate offers! This position provides competitive compensation and a hybrid work schedule and benefits while on assignment.
Responsibilities- Daily responsibilities include research assignments, supporting, reporting, and communicating
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and answer inquiries through the team's email and phone lines
- Heavy research on suspected duplicates
- Resolving invoice processing issues and supporting various reporting efforts
- Troubleshooting GR/IR (goods receipts and invoice receipts)
- Utilizing Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros
- Fast paced environment with high volume
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable processing in a high-volume setting
- Major ERP experience - SAP preferred
- Proficiency with Excel - pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas
- Attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
