Provide support for Sales and Post Sales operations to include meeting with customers pre/post-deal. This position will be responsible to process various aspects of the deal life cycle to help protect Company assets.
Experience and Skills
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include achieving positive results in three key areas:
Customer Service, Operations, and Administration. Other duties as assigned.
Customer Service
- Focuses on the customer by asking questions, listening and intaking information to help facilitate sound business decisions.
- Assist the customer in understanding the expectations related to the deal transaction.
- Conduct interviews and prepare budgets with potential customers.
- Set expectations with customer for after the sale.
- Provide assistance with loan closings.
- Work to redeem customers pre/post charge off.
- Process and follow-up on CPI claims.
- Manage Rehabs, Loss Mitigation Program and Edits.
- Work through repos and follow-up with all compliance letters.
- Documents all customer contact or attempted contact.
- Process appropriate invoices pertaining to CNAC.
- Formally documents all activity using proprietary software.
- Serve as back-up to Branch Finance Assistant or Title Clerk as needed.
- Respond to written credit disputes.

Education and/or Experience
Proficient keyboarding/computer skills, excellent organizational skills, clear written and oral communication skills, good ability to interact with all levels of management.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
