Operations Specialist – Advisory SupportSalary Range - $80,000 - $85,000 + Annual Bonus + Benefits
Location - Indianapolis, IN, San Antonio, TX, Omaha, NE
Summary- The Advisory Ops Support Specialist is responsible for all monthly Orion advisory and manager fee billing for approximately $14B in AUM. The ideal candidate possesses advanced database management skills, with experience working in Orion. Orion is Sanctuary Wealth’s performance reporting solution and functions as a data aggregator within the billing platform. This key role has ownership of the billing process with the ability to recommend process improvements, as needed.
The ideal candidate has worked in Fin Tech, preferably in Wealth Management.
• To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Review and prepare accounts in Orion for monthly billing process
- Applying fee schedules to accounts in Orion
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly audits in accordance with billing and financial regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and execute successful billing onboarding for new advisors
- Train, implement, and enforce best practices with regard to advisory fee billing
- Assist with other departmental projects when necessary
The following skills and abilities are required to perform this job successfully:
- Experience with operational platforms such as Schwab, Pershing, Fidelity, Goldman and Orion
- Intermediate to advanced Excel spreadsheet proficiency – position weighs heavily on Excel functions/formulas
- Positive attitude, excellent work ethic and team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take accountability for performance/work product
- Ability to complete other functions as assigned within Operations, as needed
- Polished oral and written communication skills
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or combination of industry experience and education required
- 2+ years’ experience working in the independent financial services space
- FINRA Licensed 7, 66 or 63 (or willingness to attain) preferred
Salary Range - $80,000 - $85,000 + Annual Bonus + Benefits
