- Transform project accounting from transactional to strategic.
- Develop standardized processes, tools, and KPIs for project setup, billing, and profitability tracking.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, and Finance to ensure financial excellence.
- Create dashboards and reporting frameworks for real‑time insights.
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing team.

- Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA preferred).
- 7+ years progressive accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
- Proven experience in building or expanding a project accounting function, including developing policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks.
- Deep understanding of project lifecycle financials, revenue recognition, and project controls.
- Expertise in project lifecycle financials, revenue recognition, and ERP systems (Deltek preferred). shaded1>
