As an Imaging Specialist, you are our quality control. In this role, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of imaging and ensuring accuracy of all files. You are a self‑starter and take the initiative to efficiently prepare and process all documents that are scanned or imported, ensuring high quality control. Serving as a mentor is your passion and you enjoy training less‑tenured staff members.

• Prepare and process all documents to be scanned or imported by achieving quality control
• Index documents after they have been scanned
• Research and correct any errors found during the scanning or prepping phases
• Communicate with other specialists to ensure the exactness and integrity of images
• Always act using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all‑win outcomes

• Loan documentation experience
• Time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

• SHAW Loan System experience
• Working knowledge of back office loan imaging systems
