As a Financial Crimes Investigator III, you will initiate and lead conversations with other Frost teams and external professionals to resolve highly‑complex financial crimes cases and issues. You will also provide top‑quality service while maintaining integrity, caring, and excellence.

What You’ll Do- Conduct ongoing and new staff training to ensure proper practices and standards across the department.
- Initiate and lead conversations with other Frost teams and external professionals to resolve highly‑complex financial crimes cases and issues.
- Serve as the team subject‑matter expert for multiple domains of knowledge.
- Formulate and propose changes to processes and procedures to continuously improve team effectiveness.
- Act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all‑win outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of experience in financial crime services.
- Demonstrated ability to independently and accurately make risk‑based decisions in escalated and highly complex cases.
- Expert knowledge of the team's role in complying with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Expert level communication skills.
- Relevant financial crimes certifications, such as ACFE, ACAMS, etc.
- Prior experience as a team lead.
