As a Real Estate Tax Manager, you will apply your tax knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes on complex issues, while collaborating with a diverse team and continuing your career progression through mentoring and training programs.

• Analyze evolving portfolio of complex tax operations to provide meaningful business insights.
• Identify opportunities and risks and communicate these to clients.
• Research current market trends to maintain credibility as a trusted advisor.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of the real estate, hospitality and construction industries.
• Develop clear plans to improve clients  tax activities.
• Research clients  business operations and tailor advice to their needs.
• Supervise a team to ensure skill development and opportunities for growth.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• CPA required, or active bar membership in a state.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
• Professional knowledge in real estate tax technical and transaction skills (e.g., partnership taxation, REITs taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring).
• Experience managing budgets, people and projects.
• Proven track record in a professional services or tax organization.
• Technical writing and research experience in a tax context.
• Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects; strong influencing skills; willingness to travel; ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment.

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary ranges: $116,200–$212,900 (US-wide); $139,400–$242,000 for NYC Metro, WA, and CA (excluding Sacramento). Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off options.
• Hybrid working model:
  Most client-serving roles expected to work in person 40–60% of the time.
