Join Tag Lending Group, LLC as a Mortgage Loan Officer and work remotely on a direct pipeline to 60+ wholesale investors. This is a W‑2 only role with an expected production of $1,000,000 funded monthly.

This is a wholesale, non‑delegated loan originator who drives the full originator process from lead capture to close. You will use AI automation, Hub Spot CRM, and Arive LOS to structure deals, manage follow‑through, and close clean files in a 14‑day workflow.

• Access to 60+ investors with no rate wars or overlay
• Same‑day approvals and 14‑day closings from submission to CTC
• Automation and back‑end support that reduces man‑hours by 60%
• Weekly coaching and playbooks from producers who closed $100M+

• 180 BPS on self‑generated business (up to 225 BPS based on company margin agreement)
• 100 BPS on company‑provided leads
• 70% of net on DSCR, Fix & Flip, and commercial loans
• Paid on time with a structure compliant across all regulatory requirements

• Lock and structure deals inside Arive
• Manage all lead activity and follow‑up inside Hub Spot CRM
• Use AI automation to drive follow‑through with Realtors and borrowers
• Communicate with ops team via Slack
• Close clean files using our 14‑day workflow
• Handle Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non‑QM, DSCR, Fix & Flip, and commercial programs
• Build and scale your own book, systems, and Realtor referral machine with our support

• Active NMLS license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of origination experience
• Minimum production of $1M per month
• Working knowledge of multiple loan products
• Strong follow‑up and CRM discipline (8/10 or higher)
• Tech fluency in Arive, Hub Spot, Slack, Box, and Outlook
• Proficiency with digital systems including Hub Spot, Arive, and Slack
• Experience with purchase business preferred

• Lender licenses in FL, SC, TN, TX, GA, MI, NM
• Broker licenses in NJ, CT, PA, NC
