The Indirect Tax Associate will manage indirect tax processes that support critical business operations between the tax department, finance department, and regulatory entities, meeting and exceeding objectives.

• Accurately input tax payment invoices into the payment system.
• Prepare and submit local beverage excise tax filings in compliance with regulations.
• Investigate and resolve tax notices promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain, update, and organize tax records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns and other related filings as required.
• Conduct research, review, and process unclaimed property items to ensure compliance.
• Issue resale certificates and manage related documentation.

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university preferred.
• One or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong mathematical abilities for problem solving and quick calculations.
