• Manage all phases of client engagements, including primary client relationship maintenance.
• Proactively manage tax compliance and provide tax advisory services.
• Develop and coach professional staff; deliver exceptional client service; maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in practice development: help attract and serve new clients, expand services to existing clients, and recruit/retain team members.
• Understand and manage firm risk on tax services performed; review complex tax returns; grow technical knowledge; deliver value-added tax planning ideas.

• High net worth individuals, personal returns, trust returns, and gift & estate planning
• Privately held businesses including partnerships, S Corporations, and/or C Corporations
• Private equity backed portfolio companies

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience including technical tax consulting, research, and planning strategies.
• Minimum of 2 years supervising multiple direct reports and reviewing their work.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
