Tax Manager Opportunity w/ WLB - San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)

Our client is a highly awarded Mid-Size CPA firm headquartered in San Antonio, TX who are actively seeking a dedicated Tax Manager to join its tight-knit team of tax and audit professionals on a Hybrid Schedule (see hours).

The Firm is known for offering an Exceptional Work-Life Balance
, hybrid schedule, limited busy season hours, no weekends and Summer Friday schedules! There is also room for Career Growth in this opportunity as the firm prides themselves on putting concise career paths for individuals serious about making it to Partner, having promoted multiple Tax Professionals to Upper Management!!

Benefits Include:

• Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000
• Discretionary Bonuses (paid out in June)
• Healthcare, Dental, & Vision insurance options
• 401k with 4% match

Schedule/

Hours:

• Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
• Hours:
  
  40 Hours (Normal Season), 50 to 55 Hours (Busy Season)
• Summer Fridays:
  From end of May till mid-August, the CPA Firm takes Fridays off!!!

Qualifications:

• 4+ Years Experience coming from a reputable CPA Firm
• CPA-License Required
