You are a liaison, bridging the needs of treasury management, operations, relationship managers, and other technical areas. You’ll help support these groups to ensure customers have a seamless treasury connect experience with our signature all‑win approach. You are the expert on all the latest treasury products, policies, and information to best serve your team and customers.

• Collaborate with business and operations areas to smoothly and efficiently onboard new relationships.
• Obtain required service request documents and agreements, review and rectify any discrepancies, and submit requests to technical areas for system set‑up.
• Assist customers with inquiries and advise them on how to obtain the appropriate service.
• Resolve issues with Treasury services and identify enhancements and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, policies, operations, and other key Treasury Management information.
• Assist with and support all Treasury Management Customer Service and Training projects/activities.
• Always act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all‑win outcomes.

• 2+ years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
