Overview

Office/Operations Manager - Titan Factory Direct. We are looking to fill the Office/Operations Manager position in our San Antonio, Texas region. This role will be based at Titan Factory Direct and supports a fast-paced Manufactured Home dealership environment.

• Office management, finance documents, and billing/invoicing
• Scheduling contractors and coordinating loan processing
• Paying invoices and communicating updates with customers
• Handling other administrative duties as needed to support operations

• Office Management experience (Required)
• Invoicing and Bookkeeping experience (Required)
• Loan Processing/Finance experience
• Customer Service Experience (Required)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail (Required)
• Ability to prioritize and maintain excellent organization
