Role Overview:

The Manufacturing Industrial Engineer will be responsible for conducting time studies, performing line balancing, developing standard work, and validating final processes to ensure results meet defined targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct time studies to analyze and improve production efficiency.
Perform line balancing to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
Develop and implement standard work procedures for manufacturing processes.
Validate final processes to ensure compliance with performance targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Skilled in MOST or equivalent work measurement systems.
Experience in standard work creation and implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Education Criteria:

All engineers must hold a 4-year engineering degree in their respective discipline.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in automotive or trucking environments.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with industrial engineering tools
