The pay range for this role is $70k- $100k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. • 15+ Years of Fixture Design and Development Experience.
• Mechanical Engineering background.
• Experience from Semiconductor industry.
• Should know the DFMA connects.
• Should have the manufacturing knowledge.

• Fixture Development:
  Lead the full lifecycle of custom manufacturing fixtures and tooling, from initial concept and CAD modeling to detailed 2D drawings and production.
• Cross Functional
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with manufacturing, quality, and design engineers to define requirements and ensure fixtures integrate seamlessly into production lines.
• Design Optimization:
  Use UG NX, Teamcenter to design for usability, manufacturability (DFM), and maintainability.
• Validation & Testing:
  Perform alignment checks, tolerance stack ups, and verification testing to ensure all tools meet safety and performance standards.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify inefficiencies in existing tooling and implement upgrades to reduce cycle times and quality defects.
• Mentorship:
  Guide junior designers and engineers, providing technical feedback and design reviews to elevate team competency.
