Mod Corr offers rapid, efficient delivery and setup of minimum to maximum security correctional facilities and specialty units. All products are constructed offsite in a controlled environment and conform to the same building codes as traditional construction. Mod Corr’s safe, secure and high-quality units comply with all American Correctional Association (ACA) and American with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.

• Serve as Project Engineer reporting to an Engineering Manager.
• Manage and maintain a healthy client relationship while protecting company interests.
• Responsible for on-time project completion.
• Assist in preparing all submittals related to Projects.
• Communicate frequently and effectively to ensure the project team is well informed.
• Identify and advocate internally for all resources necessary for project success.
• Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Project Executive or Division President.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience managing large project teams of diverse professionals preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write fluent English required.
• Ability to successfully pass background/security check required.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office required.
• Proficiency with CAD, BIM and Bluebeam.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel to project locations as needed.

• Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity.
• Use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands.
• Occasional lifting (up to 40 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying.
• Quantitative/mathematical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, standard measurements).
• Ability to work outside in and around construction sites safely.
