Engineering Manager – Refrigeration Design

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of design engineers in San Antonio. If you’re passionate about refrigeration, innovation, and team leadership, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Do:- Lead, mentor, and manage refrigeration design engineers
- Oversee project planning, budgets, and schedules
- Ensure quality, code compliance, and timely deliverables
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Stay ahead of trends in low-GWP and sustainable systems
- Support business growth and client relationships
- BS in Mechanical or related engineering field
- 10+ years in refrigeration design (commercial/industrial)
- PE license preferred
- Strong thermodynamics & refrigeration knowledge
- Willingness to travel as needed
