Aircraft Structures Mechanic - Depot level r located in San Antonio, TX.

This position is located in San Antonio, TX.

• Weekly pay up to $45/hour

• Per diem for out of location contractors

• No tools required

• Open to 1st or 2nd shift needs

• Open to any airframe experience

Join our team as an Aircraft Structural Mechanic, where you will have the opportunity to work on the F/A-18E, F/A-18F, and F-18 Super Hornet fighter jets. Your role will involve aircraft modifications, focusing on structural and sheet-metal alterations.

• Perform depot-level and heavy checks on aircraft, including equipment overhauls and modifications.

• Implement sheet-metal modifications and structural repairs on military aircraft such as the F/A-18E, F/A-18F, and Super Hornet.

• Address corrosion issues and apply high-lock solutions to maintain aircraft integrity.

• Minimum of 3 to 7 years of recent experience in depot-level or heavy checks on any aircraft.

• Proficiency in structural and sheet-metal modifications.

• Experience with military aircraft, preferably F/A-18 models.

• Experience working with the Air Force, Navy, or Marines.

• Familiarity with Boeing aircraft and modifications.

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:30 PM (overtime optional).

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (overtime optional).

The role offers flexible shift options with 1st Shift from 5:30am-2:30pm and 2nd Shift from 2pm-10:30pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
