Join our Water/Wastewater Team in San Antonio, TX
. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead transformative projects that enhance regional water infrastructure and community resilience.

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of water conveyance projects focusing on large diameter pipelines.
• Oversee engineering design, permitting, and construction administration.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and client agreements.
• Mentor junior engineers and project managers, fostering professional growth.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to achieve project milestones.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas.
• 15+ years of experience managing water conveyance and utility infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations, technical reports, and team leadership.
