• System Installation & Startup
  • Perform on‑site installation, commissioning, and calibration of building automation systems.
  • Work with DDC controllers, sensors, actuators, and networks to bring systems online and ensure proper functionality.
• Troubleshooting & Technical Support
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with BAS components, programming logic, and network communications.
  • Provide real‑time technical support to customers and field technicians to ensure smooth operation.
  • Conduct functional testing and system verification to meet design intent and performance standards.

  • Work with Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens, or Schneider Electric platforms (or similar BAS systems).
  • Configure graphics, alarms, trends, and sequences of operations for optimal system performance.
  • Assist with integrating third-party devices, networking protocols (BACnet, Modbus, Lon Works), and IoT solutions.
• Project Coordination & Documentation
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of automation projects.
  • Maintain detailed service reports, programming logs, and as‑built documentation.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with building automation systems (BAS/BMS).
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS systems:
  Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or others.
• Experience with programming, configuring, and troubleshooting DDC controllers.
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, Lon Works, and IP‑based communication protocols.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control sequences.

• Technical degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• BAS manufacturer certifications (Tridium, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, etc.) are a plus.
