Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and analysis of civil engineering projects, focusing on municipal infrastructure.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
- Support project managers in ensuring timely project delivery and gain valuable exposure to project management processes and assist in the coordination of project deliverables, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and schedule management.
- Conduct site visits, perform field investigations, and gather data to inform engineering designs.
- Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure adherence to standards and client expectations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in civil engineering.
- Engage in marketing and business development activities to contribute to the growth of the firm.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by actively contributing to teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Masters in Civil Engineering is a plus).
- 2-4 years of experience in civil engineering or relevant internships.
- Proficient in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional growth.
- Knowledge of municipal infrastructure design and regulations is preferred.
- EIT certification.
