Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in EPC projects
, preferably in nickel smelters, mining, or heavy industry - Proven experience assisting or leading project management activities on major EPC projects
- Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
, subcontractors, and project stakeholders - Solid understanding of the full EPC lifecycle
: engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning - Skilled in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
- Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and decision‑making capabilities
- Good knowledge of HSE and QA/QC standards in industrial projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Metallurgy, or related fields)
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera (P6);
PMP certification is a plus - Willing to work at project sites as needed
