The Engineering Associate position holds the responsibility for the safe, reliable, and economic round-the-clock operation of the generation, electric transmission, and distribution.

Duties include Engineering responsibilities for the design, construction, maintenance, and operation activities of our power plants, transmission lines, substations, distribution system, gas systems, control centers and others. These Engineering duties may include continuous monitoring determinations as well as all generation, distribution, and transmission investments and activities that provide demais electric and gas services to customers.

• Duties include engineering responsibilities for the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and operational support activities of our OT communications network which support the transmission lines, substations, distribution system, gas systems, generation systems, emergency radio systems, control centers, data centers, and corporate network.
• Upholding the responsibility for the safe, reliable, and economic design and maintenance of our operational technology (OT) communication network and systems for wireless and fiber infrastructure.
• The duty of project management for safe, reliable, and economic round‑the‑clock operation of the generation, electric transmission, and distribution systems.
• Utilizes established procedures and processes to perform assigned tasks under direct supervision.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of internal work processes.
• Assist with gathering information for both internal and external customers.
• Attends seminars, continuing education opportunities for professional development.
• Performs other project and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
