Clearance Requirement: Applicants must undergo a government security investigation and meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, to access classified information. Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance is required.

Passport Requirement: Continued employment depends on meeting security requirements, including providing a valid passport for site access.

Ensure all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center operates at peak efficiency. This includes planned preventative maintenance, daily corrective work, and emergency responses. The technician reports to a program manager, interacts with Onsite Engineering Operations and third-party vendors, and serves as a focal point for facility operations. Data center equipment supporting mission-critical servers must maintain over 99.999% uptime.

• Meet all CET1 requirements; CET2 is an elite SME position requiring expertise in multiple critical equipment types.
• Understand the sequence of operations and the impact of failures on systems, with a holistic view of infrastructure including MV/LV Distribution Boards, UPS, Generators, Batteries, STS, ATS, HVAC units, Chillers, Fire Alarm Systems, and more.
• Review service reports, identify anomalies, improper maintenance, and deterioration of equipment.
• Implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance processes and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) reports.
• Develop reliability reports to improve efficiency, resiliency, and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Achieve and maintain system availability and capacity targets.

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 6 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment.
• Subject to security investigation; U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Top-Secret Clearance required.

Desired Qualifications:

• Possession of Journeyman Electrician or HVAC license or equivalent.
