Electronics Technician- IPC

Description

Support fabrication, assembly and test of avionics electronic systems to include assembly and disassembly of line replaceable units and circuit card assemblies. Able to troubleshoot and fix CCA. Must have experience with test equipment operations such as DMM, oscilloscope and ATE (Automatic Test Equipment). Must be able to handle and test delicate and ESD sensitive circuit card assemblies. Knowledge of IPC standards

IPC standards, PCB, CID, Certified Interconnect Design, MIL-Spec, Mentor Graphics PADS, Soldering, Avionics electronics, Avionics

Requires High School diploma 2+ years experience working on boards. Must have IPC certification Soldering experince on printed wiring assemblies and cable harnesses required. Previous NASA certification or IPC-J- training preferred Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology is preferred

Entry Level

This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in San Antonio,TX.
