Tactical Aerospace is a prime supplier for aerospace and avionic quality technology on new and legacy defense systems. We design and build complex electronic systems, provide test systems, maintain and provide field support, and create Neuromorphic Computing AI.

• Lead and coordinate technicians and work with Management, Program Management, and engineers in the production of LRU's and test systems.
• Analyze, set up, and lay out production flows for complex electronic LRU's and lead and coordinate the production of complex electronic LRU's, systems, sub-systems, and test equipment.
• Tasks will also include testing, troubleshooting, and reworking PCBA's.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage the supply chain.

• Lead production, rework, assembly, and test of complex electronic systems, LRU's, and PCBA's.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage parts and components as necessary.
• Perform assembly and test tasks.
• Perform PCBA component soldering to IPC standards, troubleshoot circuits and PCBA's, and work with suppliers as necessary.
• Manage all parts, assemblies, and components for the department.
• Obtain quotes and create purchase orders.
• Lay out production flows and lead the technicians to meet production schedule and budgets.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Applied Technology, or 25 years of continued education, certifications, and work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Shift work required.
• 10+ years of experience in assembly and test of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA's); demonstrated ability to troubleshoot PCBA failures.
• Soldering to IPC standards.
• Lead others and PCBA production experience, ERP/MRB knowledge, and ability to coordinate with vendors.
• Experience with lab test equipment (power supplies, DMM, oscilloscopes, etc.).
• Valid, clear driver's license required.
