Summary: As the Team Lead, OT/ICS SCADA Electrical Engineer, you will spearhead the OT/ICS SCADA Lab team, providing technical leadership, driving project success, and contributing to strategic planning and innovation. The role supports national defense requirements by ensuring the Lab meets stringent customer and DoD mission needs through effective delegation, progress monitoring, and reporting to the Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Design and implement secure OT/ICS networks and virtualization solutions.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code scripts (Terraform/Ansible).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cutting‑edge research and training.

Qualifications:

• US citizenship and eligibility for TS/SCI clearance.
• Proven experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity and virtualization.
• Strong background in network design, programming, and infrastructure automation.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex engineering projects.
