An award‑winning, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Management Lead to spearhead its municipal water, wastewater, and reuse initiatives in the San Antonio market. As the regional lead, you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands‑on technical direction, guiding project delivery, mentoring teams, and strengthening long‑term partnerships across Texas municipalities. This role offers the platform to lead large‑scale water infrastructure programs while shaping the next generation of engineering talent.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive oversight for the planning, design, and management of water, wastewater, and reuse infrastructure projects.
- Cultivate and expand trusted client relationships through proactive engagement and delivery excellence.
- Lead business development efforts and manage a portfolio of projects with revenues exceeding $3M per year, ensuring financial health and operational excellence.
- Mentor and develop a high‑performing technical team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Oversee project financials, schedule performance, and quality assurance from concept through construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in municipal water/wastewater/reuse design and project delivery.
- Ideally familiarity with Texas municipal infrastructure systems, regulations, and funding environments.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, business development, and operational management.
