Associate Registrar, Academic Systems & Operations

* Course titles, descriptions, inactivation, and equivalencies.
* Co-/pre-requisites, restrictions, TSI requirements.
* Course attributes, core curriculum coding, and curriculum rules.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
* Six (6) years of related experience.
* Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
* Experience in a registrar’s office or academic systems environment.
* Experience with Argos Report Writer, SQL Developer, and data analysis tools.
* Familiarity with Texas higher education reporting and system-level governance.
* Advanced functional knowledge of Banner Student, Degree Works, Course Leaf, and academic ERP systems.
* Strong understanding of curriculum management, degree audit logic, and student academic records.
* Knowledge of state reporting requirements and higher education compliance standards.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
