• Competitive Pay:
  Earn $90–$110 per day, based on education level and/or Texas teaching certification
• Flexible Scheduling:
  Choose full or half days, Monday through Friday

As a Substitute Teacher in San Antonio, TX, you’ll:

• Lead classrooms by following teacher‑provided lesson plans with confidence and enthusiasm
• Build a welcoming, respectful, and engaging space for all students
• Encourage participation, teamwork, and curiosity through clear communication and structure
• Supervise students throughout the day — in class, hallways, lunch, and recess
• Maintain attendance and share updates or concerns with school staff
• For long‑term roles: plan and deliver lessons that align with New Frontier Public Schools academic standards

• Availability:
  Monday–Friday
• Full Day: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Half Day: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM or 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Education:
  
  Minimum of 60 college credit hours or an Associate’s Degree (required)
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree or valid Texas Teaching Certification
• Experience:
  
  1+ year in a classroom or childcare setting (preferred)
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, classroom management, and leadership abilities
