San Antonio Christian School is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and collaborative leader to serve as its Marketing and Communications Coordinator. Located on a beautiful 71-acre campus, SACS is a non-denominational covenant Christian school with small class sizes and quality academics, coupled with a wide range of art and athletic opportunities that provide students with a Christ-centered education while fostering a life of faith and service.

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator (MCC) plays a critical role in executing SACS’s communication and marketing initiatives. This position has direct oversight in the creative process for marketing campaigns and content strategy development to create and implement comprehensive strategies that align with the school’s marketing goals and brand identity. This person is responsible for day-to-day communication tasks, including social media management, digital marketing, event promotion, and overseeing key publications such as the Fall and Spring newsletters and the Annual Report.

The MCC ensures consistent messaging across all platforms and works closely with multiple departments to support the school’s marketing, enrollment, communication, and advancement goals. This hands-on, task-oriented role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail. The MCC also provides on-site event support, capturing photos and videos for promotional use and managing event-related communication. This position is instrumental in implementing the school’s mission and philosophy in making key decisions regarding content creation, marketing strategies, and communication branding.
