This full-time on-site role, located in San Antonio, TX, is for a dedicated Preschool Teacher who will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities that foster the learning and development of young children. The Teacher will create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Duties include developing curriculum plans, delivering engaging educational content, assessing developmental progress, and collaborating with families to support each child s growth and needs.
The role also emphasizes fostering positive communication with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design and implement effective, age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Proficiency in Early Childhood Education and knowledge of child development principles.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members.
- Experience or familiarity with teaching Kindergarten and managing a classroom environment.
- Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Certifications in education or early childhood development are a plus.
- Passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team setting.
