Overview

$100,000 annual salary, paid weekly. Health benefits begin day one, plus HSA/FSA and 401(k) Roth options. Relocation assistance provided.

Building meaningful relationships with K-2 students as a mentor, establishing trust and cultivating a boundless learning mindset. Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways for individual students. Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for long-term success. Cultivating an environment that encourages curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth. Supporting students in discovering their unique strengths and areas of interest.

• Available to work on-site at one of our campus locations:
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
• Bachelor s degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching, or comparable roles
• Proven public speaking abilities, with demonstrated capacity to engage and energize young audiences
• Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
• Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
• Capability to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
