- Salary Range - $80,000 to 90,000
- Location - On-Site at Fort Sam Houston - This is not a remote position.

Army Medical Instructor (San Antonio, TX)
Summary:
Provide virtual/online instructor services on Fort Sam Houston, Texas, in support of the Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE), Noncommissioned Officers Academy (NCOA).
- Conducts online/virtual classroom instruction in a variety of simulated environments
- Review Lesson Plan (LPs)/Training Support Plans (TSPs), Practical Exercises (PEs), discussion boards, homework assignments, videos; observe all PEs and ensure student interaction during PEs
- Manage online/virtual classroom and conduct virtual student counseling
- Meet and/or electronically communicate with the Training Specialist/Course Manager and/or Program Manager
- Prepare for and deliver the course materials as prescribed in the Instructor Guide,
- Administer, correct, and review quizzes, tests, final exams and assignments, and papers
- Report student discipline problems to the Training Specialist/Course Manager
- Brief students on the end-of-course and long-term evaluation processes and facilitate completion of that process where applicable.
- Correct student papers and projects
- Bachelors degree in Business/Hospital Administration;
Strategic Leadership;
Adult/Higher Education or other related concentration. - 3 years’ experience as a faculty instructor
- Experienced in the use of a Learning Management System (LMS), such as Blackboard
- Have served at least three years of active Federal service.
- Must be a graduate of the Army Medical Department Advance Leader Course and Senior Leader Course
- Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABICC)
- Graduate of Small Group Instructor Training Course (SGITC), Intermediate Facilitation Skills Course (IFSC) or the Common Faculty Development Instructor Course
- Graduate of the NCOES/Functional course they're instructing and awarded the appropriate SQI or ASI
- Graduate of Master Resiliency Training (MRT) Course
