Caseload:
Approximately 30–50 students (K–12)

We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to provide on-site psychological and assessment services for K–12 students in the San Antonio area. This position plays a vital role in supporting the emotional, behavioral, social, and academic well-being of students through comprehensive evaluations, collaborative planning, and targeted intervention. The ideal candidate brings strong assessment skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience working with diverse student populations.

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with staff and families to develop and support individualized plans for student success.
• Provide direct services, including counseling, behavioral intervention, and crisis support.
• Consult with educators to improve classroom strategies and foster inclusive environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and professional standards.
• Support students across K–12 grade levels, with a caseload ranging from 30–50 students.

• Active and current state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist in Texas (or eligibility).
• Experience with pediatric or adolescent populations preferred.
• Master’s degree in Psychology or School Psychology preferred.
• Adherence to all professional and ethical standards.
• Current CPR certification, if applicable.
• TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray), if required.
• Current health certificate if required by contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
