On-campus positions in Austin, TX;

• Engaging with K-2 students as a mentor, establishing trust and cultivating a limitless mindset
• Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to tailor educational pathways
• Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained success
• Cultivating an environment of curiosity, ambition, and development
• Supporting students in recognizing their strengths and passions

Basic Requirements

• Available to work on-site at one of our locations:
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
• Bachelor s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching, or comparable roles
• Excellent public speaking abilities, with proven capacity to engage and energize young audiences
• A commitment to connect, inspire, and motivate K-2 students
• Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
• Willingness to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
