## Coordinator, Student Rights and Responsibilities Programming &

Education:

* Bachelor's degree.
* One (1) or more years of experience in student affairs work or related specialty with a bachelor's degree.
* At least one year of experience coordinating or administering student conduct processes within a college or university setting.
* Experience developing and delivering educational or training programs.
* Experience advising or working with student organizations.
* Mediation training and/or professional mediation certification.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to student development and integrative learning.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively with campus stakeholders.
* Working knowledge of best practices in student conduct administration.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with FERPA.
* Strong ethical foundations and the ability to build collaborative partnerships across campus and the community.
