Right At School provides local school districts with before and after‑school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment designed to support the success of all students.

- Float to after‑school site locations as needed, Monday through Friday, 2:45 pm to 6:00 pm (may vary slightly).
- Maintain safety and joy standards by217 building a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities, keeping site documents and licensing standards up to date, and outlining attendance protocols and behavior policies.
- Coach staff, foster respectful relationships, and address challenges promptly to maintain team cohesion and productivity.
- Support and report on safety protocols, identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Engage meaningfully with families, partners, peers, and children; respond promptly to emails, texts, and inquiries during program hours.
- Collaborate regularly with the Area Manager to support program goals and implement changes or processes as guided.
- Maintain accurate records for student check‑ins and check‑outs, ensuring “name to face” attendance procedures are completed per company policy.
- Implement daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment.
- 21 + years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
- 70 clock hours of training
Executable child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management. - At least 1 year of experience in a licensed program in a childcare/school setting.
- Proof of high school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working among competing priorities and delivering quality service to all stakeholders.
- Knowledge of unique and special needs.
- At least 1 year of managing/supervising employees.
- Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
- Strong communication skills—oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
- Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
- Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
