Part Time Split Shift Before and After School Educator - Medina Valley area

Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students.

Position:
Split Shift (6:30 am – 8:15 am and 2:40 pm – 6:00 pm) Monday through Friday.

Location:

Pentrenko Elementary, Medina Valley School District.

Compensation: $13–$15 per hour based on education and experience.

• Conduct daily program meetings to review goals, share ideas, and encourage collaboration.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Prioritize safety: monitor environment, address hazards, and document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year experience working with school‑age children in a group setting.
• First Aid and CPR training (in person within 30 days of employment).
• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs.
• State‑specific requirements: CPR, mandated reporter training, TB test, etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
