• Curriculum Design & Lesson Planning:
  Create and implement customized lesson plans aligned with state standards and student learning styles in both Math (e.g., pre‑Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry) and ELA (reading, writing, comprehension).
• Instruction & Engagement:
  Deliver lessons that are interactive and adaptive—integrating games, real‑world examples, STEM‑related readings, and writing exercises as appropriate.
• Assessment & Progress Monitoring:
  Administer and grade assignments, quizzes, and projects. Track progress regularly, identify areas for improvement, and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Support Diverse Learners:
  Modify lessons to meet the needs of students with learning differences, such as ASD, dyslexia, or dysgraphia. Employ strategies that build confidence, strengthen executive functioning, and promote engagement.
• Feedback & Communication:
  Provide timely, constructive feedback to students. Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians to share updates and suggest strategies for further support.
• Learning Environment Management:
  Establish and maintain a positive, nurturing, and organized learning space—focused on fostering independent learning, critical thinking, and a love of learning.

• Certified teacher or at least 5 years of proven experience as a homeschool instructor.
• Bachelor s degree in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience teaching middle school‑aged students in Math and ELA.
• Familiarity with working with students who have learning disabilities (e.g., ASD, dyslexia, dysgraphia), and ability to adapt lessons accordingly.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
• Creative, patient, empathetic, and committed to ongoing professional development.
