ESL Teacher – $38/hr – San Antonio, TX – Full-time

We are seeking an experienced ESL Teacher to design and implement English as a Second Language instruction tailored to students’ language proficiency levels. This role involves integrating language objectives with content standards, supporting academic and cultural needs, and maintaining compliance with LPAC and state requirements.

• Design and implement ESL instruction aligned with language proficiency levels
• Integrate language objectives with content standards in daily lessons
• Use data from TELPAS and other assessments to guide instruction
• Support students’ academic, cultural, and social needs
• Maintain accurate records and comply with LPAC and state requirements
• Communicate effectively with families and participate in professional development

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• ESL EC-12 certification (required)
• Teacher license/certification as applicable by state
• One year of teaching experience preferred
• Ability to read and implement instructional plans and communicate effectively
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
