Salary Range: $53,000 - $55,000/Annualized, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications.

The Senior Program Coordinator performs advanced program administration, development, and coordination in PaCE healthcare related courses. This role is responsible for all phases of program development and coordination of program activities.
Core Responsibilities- Administer, coordinate and participate in assigned programs or projects, including budgeting, scheduling, marketing, training, and evaluating programs.
- Develop and implement standards for attaining program goals and objectives.
- Maintain frequent interaction with departments, special groups, and external agencies in administering programs.
- Facilitate the development of new partnerships for various programs.
- Evaluate and report on program results.
- Recommend new policies and procedures for improvement of program activities.
- Coordinate staff training and development.
- Determine work priorities.
- Work on special projects as assigned.
- Participate in professional seminars and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Five (5) years of professional experience in program administration or coordination.
- This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in program development.
- Ability to interact professionally with faculty, staff, students, and the public.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent decision-making and problem-solving ability.
- Office environment.
- Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions, or other business-related events.
- Occasional after-hours and weekend work or overtime may be required.
- Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required, only occasionally.
- Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
This position will work both on campus and remotely in Texas. Travel and parking expenses are the employee’s responsibility.
This position is contingent upon a successful background check. Verification of a valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) may be completed as applicable. Applicants selected must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States by time of hire.
