Instructional Systems Development – Journeyman

JBW Federal is seeking an Instructional Systems Developer to support the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS) with experience applying Instructional System Development (ISD) fundamentals to formal AF CO, IO, and/or Faculty Development Courseware from Hurlburt Field, FL, Joint Base San Antonio, TX, or Keesler AFB, MS.

• Support course planning and development, including formal training courses, lessons, and related courseware.
• Develop curriculum in accordance with Master Training Task List (MTTL) and Training Task List (TTL) requirements; audit and edit courseware for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
• Document design, development, revision, and administration of FTU training.
• Utilize ISD ADDIE Model, Bloom's taxonomy, and SAMR Model for course development.
• Assist in Training Systems Requirements Analysis, Mission/Task Analysis, Training Requirements Analysis, and other analyses.
• Provide instructional strategies, media analysis, and course maps.
• Analyze tasks for training requirements and develop corresponding TTLs, KSAs, and Bloom's levels.
• Collaborate with colleges, industry, and government agencies to incorporate new information into courses.
• Review guidance, manuals, and technical documents to ensure effective training delivery.
• Work with SMEs to incorporate new material into courseware.
• Develop and update training programs and curriculum using ADDIE and Spiral Development Cycle.
• Conduct quality assurance audits on course lessons.
• Operate LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Question Mark) for question deployment, test scheduling, and student management.
• Proctor tests and evaluate student performance.
• Develop lesson plans, instructor notes, test questions, and student materials.
• Design, develop, and implement e-learning products and virtual training environments.
• Assist in records management and other duties as assigned.

• Master of Science degree or higher in a related subject.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• CCAF ISD Certification or equivalent; internship/experience considered for non-CCAF courses.
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS; must have or acquire a passport within 60 days.
• Clearance:
  Top Secret/SCI or Secret (Keesler).
