• Starting salary for 0 years of experience: $59,500. Additional stipends based on certifications, credentials, and campus leadership range from $500 to $4,000 each. Performance‑based bonuses also available.
• Additional hourly compensation for after‑school tutoring or Saturday school as assigned.

• High level of content‑area proficiency as evidenced by teaching certification, field of study, or work‑experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (required).
• Experience in a K‑12 classroom setting (strongly preferred).
• State certification preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of core academic subject and ability to pass an IDEA content assessment.
• Knowledge of curriculum and instruction.
• Ability to instruct and manage student behavior.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability in a dynamic school environment.

• Implement state learning standards and IDEA curricula and assessments to meet ambitious academic expectations.
• Learn, master, and deliver relevant content and grade‑level curriculum, core objectives, and texts.
• Submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance for feedback.
• Use formal and informal assessments to track each student’s progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly; update the gradebook weekly.
• Communicate students’ progress with families weekly.
• Use technology effectively for communication, instructional purposes, and task management.
• Implement a clear and consistent behavior management system aligned to campus‑wide initiatives; develop students’ character and sense of community.
• Help shape a school‑wide culture that fosters a productive, enthusiastic learning environment.
• Maintain a cooperative, trust‑based relationship with students and families.
• Host necessary tutoring sessions to meet all students’ needs.
• Participate in weekly manager check‑ins, grade‑level meetings, before‑and‑after‑school duties, and school‑wide meetings and functions.
• Engage in summer and year‑long professional development.
• Spend a minimum of 40+ hours at school per week.
• Additional responsibilities may include after‑school tutoring or Saturday school as needed.
