Who are we looking for? Do you have lots of energy and love hanging with kiddos? Well, we have the position for you! As a recreational gymnastics coach, you will be working with other coaches and program coordinators to give our kiddos a fun and empowering fitness experience within our Preschool, Gymnastics, and Ninja Zone programs.

Don't have any experience within the industry? No need to worry; we will teach you all things Gymnastics and Ninja as long as you bring the energy! The ideal candidate is creative, a strong communicator, passionate about learning, and desires an energetic working environment.

What to Expect:

The most high fives and fist bumps

Endless smiles and laughs with kiddos

Guiding groups of 5-8 kids through a variety of fun circuits and stations

Chatting with parents about their kiddos' progress

A family-like feel in a high energy environment

Responsibilities:

Provide instruction, correction, and motivation for students

Learn and follow USAG and Arizona Sunrays guidelines

Develop gymnastics, preschool, and ninja skills and technique knowledge

Maintain records (attendance and skill progress)

Develop positive relationships with students, guardians, and co-workers

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older

Able to work at least two days per week

Able to work afternoons and weekends

Able to stand for hours at a time

Able to lift 50 pounds

Passion for movement and working with children
