• Teach and provide hands‑on training in HVAC Technology in our fully equipped facility
• Facilitate and deliver the SCI accredited course curriculum
• Support and motivate student growth, professionalism and accountability
• Evaluate and communicate student progress
• Teach students about safety and compliance
• Prepare students for a successful career in HVAC Technology

• Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC
• Or HVAC school certificate/diploma plus 4 years practical work experience
• Or Associate/Bachelor degree plus 3 years practical work experience
• Texas ACR Contractor or Certified Technician license (issued by Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation)
• Universal EPA 608 required
• Preferred NCCER certification and/or HVAC technical trades school diploma with continuing educational classes
