Part-Time Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a creative and results-drivenMarketing Specialistto join our team part-time. This is anon-site positionbased in San Antonio, perfect for someone who thrives in a small team environment, enjoys creating content, and wants to make a direct impact on a growing business.

You’ll work closely with leadership to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth. If you're passionate about home design, digital marketing, and storytelling — this is your opportunity to grow with us.

• Develop and execute local and digital marketing strategies to support business growth.
• Create engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In) and manage posting schedules.
• Assist with paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) and track performance.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support promotions, events, and client outreach.
• Conduct local market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Update website and marketing materials as needed (basic design skills a plus).
• Coordinate email marketing (e.g., newsletters, promotions).
• Support photo/video content creation at project sites when needed.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with social media management and digital ads.
• Familiar with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Ads, or similar.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Collaborative attitude with a passion for design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Photography or video editing skills are a bonus.
• Marketing degree or current student preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in the home improvement, construction, or design industry is abig plus.
