Compensation & Benefits

  • $20,000 hiring bonus(plus monthly and quarterly incentive structure)

      Key Responsibilities

      • Deliver patient care at the highest standard of evidence-based medicine

      • Serve as a clinical leader, mentoring and supervising advanced practice providers and staff

      • Partner with therapists and specialists to ensure optimal outcomes and timely case resolution

      • Collaborate with clinic leadership to manage operations, improve workflows, and monitor key metrics

      • Strengthen relationships with clients, payers, and the local healthcare community

      • Foster a safe, professional, and collaborative clinic environment that emphasizes quality and continuous improvement

      Qualifications

      • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license

      • DEA and dispensing license (or eligibility before start date)

      • Board Certified/Board Eligible in an ABMS or AOA-recognized specialty preferred

      • Eligible for Medicare participation

      • FMCSA NRCME certification preferred (training provided if not yet obtained)
